We are facing an extremely unpleasant time on planet earth if we go past the tipping point before taking sufficient action to offset global warming. The UN recently announced a meeting in New York to focus on ramping up efforts to offset global warming as they regard the current Paris accord as inadequate.

It is easy for scientists to envisage and point to more and more wild fires around the planet wherever the soil dries out and a spark occurs. They point to thawing permafrost and its release of methane with 25 times the detrimental effect of CO2. They envisage blasting heat from the deserts overwhelming the air conditioning capacity of major cities and killing many. They see drought and starvation and forced migration accelerating. The UN also said this week (July-8-2019) that although not all publicized there is already one crisis every week caused by global warming.

We have a way to offset global warming with major geoengineering projects. I expect to have a 7500 word paper published in a peer review scientific journal in the near future explaining the range of results possible.

The Foundation has been registered in Delaware in January and in New York shortly afterwards. We are Not For Profit Status [501 (c) 3] with the IRS and have a foundation Chart of Accounts set up.
